Account Development Representative

Position Description

Meet Qualified Lead Quota and fill the sales pipeline by generating ("cold calling") sales leads by telephone and email
Present value proposition clearly and succinctly
Execute the lead qualification strategy and tactics for your assigned territory
Enter or update prospect information, including follow ups required, into the CRM system
Collaborate with other members of the sales team to move sales from pipeline to closure
Generate reports as needed
Achieve set activity metrics and other performance goals

Requirements

Lead QA Engineer/Hands on Manager

Responsibilities

Hands-on QA lead, leading a QA team of 5 engineers (1 local and 4 in India)
Plan, co-ordinate, design and implement test strategy
Mentor the QA team to write test plans and test cases
Work closely with development, product management and other groups to improve the overall quality of the product
Design and implement automation scripts
Hands-on executing functional, performance and regression tests plan with available QA resources
Diagnose issues in production and co-ordinate with engineering team to isolate and resolve issues
Conduct bug reviews and prioritize bugs
Maintain the test environment

Required Skill Set

Minimum 8 years experience in software testing and quality assurance
3 years experience in leading a QA team of 3-5 engineers. Strong experience working with offshore team.
Strong Linux/Unix Background (Redhat Linux experience preferred)
Prior experience working in a web-based, hosted environment
Working knowledge of Java, PHP and web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL)
Experience with Email-applications surrounding:
- DNS, SMTP, POP/IMAP protocols
- Mailing Lists, Spam Mail, E-Mail Delivery, Email Content Checking

Experience in automating tests using QuickTestPro, WinRunner or SilkTest
Comfortable working with Bugzilla and CVS

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for management of assigned project(s) and sub-project(s). Project sizes will range from small and large level of effort. Some Analyst duties would be required for requirements management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountable for the entire project lifecycle, including definition, planning, execution, and close-out. Must ensure projects are successfully delivered on-time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
Assemble, lead, and motivate a high performance project team that delivers high quality work.
Develop work estimates, work breakdown structures and the project work plan; prepare a consolidated work plan for initiatives that involve multiple related projects.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, and successfully manage changes in project scope, schedule, budget, and personnel. Makes recommendations on solutions to leadership. Negotiate, set, and manage stakeholder's expectations. Ensures project objectives are set and roles of team members are clear.
Monitors and reviews team outputs for multiple teams. Holds team members accountable to commitments.
Communicate project progress frequently and effectively to all stakeholders.
Works effectively within organization to evaluate project results.

Education and/or Experience:

Four-year undergraduate degree in computer science, or related field.
Three years related experience of project management or managerial with implementation of projects.
Ability to work effectively with project staff and business stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments.
Proven experience with a project management methodology

Lead, architect/team lead, design and develop web based applications

Areas of Responsibility

Leadership:

Lead a group of 4 UI engineers (onsite or offshore) to design and develop best in class web based application (hosted web applications used by partners/resellers to manage customers and by customers to view data associated with the application. E-commerce experience a plus)
Manage the UI team to schedule and deliver the product on time, on budget and good product quality.
Identify issues and address them proactively to manage risks associated with product delivery times and product quality

Architecture

Work with the product management team define release plan and major milestones for delivering web application based on available resources
Work with a sr. architect and product management team to analyze system requirements in the area of web application development.
Lead web application conceptualization and UI prototypes based on business requirements
Define best practices, architecture patterns and use of tools and technology to streamline application development
Define, integrate and build UI frameworks or components (example, reporting, security, etc) to allow rapid application development
Work with the UI team to deliver of web components to expedite teams schedule

Qualifications

Sales Operations Specialist

Habeas Inc. - The Email Trust Authority, is in search of a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This position requires an energetic and outgoing personality with a high degree of professionalism, reporting to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

Sales reporting and analysis including monthly executive level reports such as bookings, pipeline, and forecast, monthly sales compensation and commissions processing, and ongoing ad hoc reporting. Also includes monthly preparation of PowerPoint slides for Board of Directors meeting
Sales order administration including contract review, booking orders, organizing contracts for signature, and returning executed agreements to clients
Manage incoming leads by filtering and distributing to appropriate team members May also involve direct response to inquiries
Administer Siebel CRM OnDemand which includes, but is not limited to, territory assignment, field creation and modification, report writing, problem investigation and resolution
Interaction with Engineering, Product Marketing, and other departments to fulfill requirements for integration with Siebel CRM OnDemand and other internal systems
Create and/or edit sales policies and procedures. Includes training of existing team and new hires
Manage sales tools and training materials on company intranet
Executive administration for VP including monthly expense report processing, scheduling meetings, travel, and other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business preferred
Minimum 2 years experience
