Habeas and Message Systems Host the Email Urban Challenge During DMA 2006

Conference and Exhibition Attendees Invited to Enter Trivia-based Footrace to Win Fantastic Prizes; Attend Post-race Party

Mountain View, Calif. - October 11, 2006 - On Monday, October 16, Habeas, Inc. (www.habeas.com), the industry leader in email reputation services, and Message Systems (www.messagesystems.com), a provider of email software solutions, invite participants and attendees of the 2006 Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Conference & Exposition to participate in the Email Urban Challenge - a trivia-based footrace along the streets of San Francisco. 

Following the day's sessions, more than 50 teams of four - including celebrity teams made up of some of the most famous names in email - will gather at the Thirsty Bear Restaurant for a trivia challenge, then hit the streets of San Francisco to find all 12 checkpoints identified during the challenge.  Each member of the winning teams receives the following prizes:

  • 1st Place: 37" LCD television
  • 2nd Place: Nike+ running shoes and iPod Nano integration package
  • 3rd Place: USB powered "missile" launchers  

Are you up for the Challenge?  If so, you can either assemble a team or Habeas will create one for you when you register at www.habeas.com/urbanchallenge.  Attendees of DMA who are unable to participate in the Urban Challenge are encouraged to come to the Thirsty Bear to watch the race in real-time and enjoy the evening's festivities.
